- 1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Voice of Ireland promotion (“Promotion”) offered by TomTom Sales B.V. – Irish Branch (Republic of Ireland) which has its registered office located at Rembrandtplein 35, 1017 CT Amsterdam hereinafter “TomTom”. By participating to this Promotion, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- 2. The Promotion is open to participants aged 18 years or older with residence in the Republic of Ireland and excluding wholesalers and retailers selling any TomTom products, excluding employees and contractors or their families of TomTom or its affiliated companies, TomTom's agents and anyone involved in the organization or administration of the Promotion.
- 3. The winner of the Promotion shall be appointed by an independent jury (the “Winner”). The Winner shall receive a car from TomTom or a third party appointed by TomTom (the “Premium”). The Premium has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits in kind. The approximate value of the Premium is equal to €16.890
- 4. The voice of the Winner shall be recorded by TomTom or a third party appointed by TomTom and can be used by TomTom or one of its affiliate companies for all (navigation) purposes. The Winner shall transfer its intellectual property rights in the voice to TomTom and shall receive no payment for the transfer of its rights. TomTom and the Winner shall sign a separate agreement for the transfer of the intellectual property rights to TomTom.
- 5. Personal information provided by the participant to participate may be processed by TomTom within the European Union for the sole purpose of processing and performing this offer, for (direct) marketing and quality control analysis, for conducting market research and improving TomTom’s products and/or services. TomTom and its agents are responsible for storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal information and for registering the participant’s consent to this. Participants have the right to obtain information about their data and - if necessary - request rectification or removal of their data held by TomTom. Such requests should be made to TomTom at the following address: privacy@tomtom.com
- 6. TomTom accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged or misdirected applications.
- 7. TomTom will not communicate in regards to the outcome of the action.
- 8. TomTom reserves its right to unilateral withdrawal and⁄or to amend this action and⁄or to amend the terms of conditions.
- 9. Irish law is applicable on this action and the terms and condition and all claims in connection thereto and arising out will be submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Ireland.
